If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a straightforward, hassle-free return and exchange process. Please read the following policy carefully to understand your options and our commitments.
30-Day Free Returns & Exchanges
You may return or exchange any unused, unwashed, and undamaged item within 30 days of the delivery date. All returns and exchanges are completely free of charge — we do not charge any restocking fees, and we provide a prepaid return shipping label at no cost to you.
- Returns: Simply initiate a return through your CAMPVIBE account or by contacting our customer service team. Once your return is authorized, you will receive a prepaid shipping label via email. Pack the item securely in its original packaging (if possible) and drop it off at any designated carrier location.
- Exchanges: If you need a different size, color, or model, we recommend processing an exchange instead of a return and reorder. We will ship your replacement item as soon as the returned product is in transit (or after inspection, depending on stock). Exchanges are also free and carry no additional shipping charges.
Refund Processing Timeline
Once your return is received and inspected at our warehouse, we will process your refund promptly. Refunds are issued within 10 business days of the item being checked in. The refund will be credited to the original payment method used at checkout. Please note that it may take an additional 3–5 business days for the refund to appear on your bank or credit card statement, depending on your financial institution.
Conditions & Exclusions
To ensure a smooth return, items must be in their original condition: unworn, unaltered, with all tags attached. Products that show signs of wear, damage from misuse, or missing original packaging may be subject to a partial refund or may be refused. The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:
- Gift cards
- Final sale or clearance items (clearly marked at the time of purchase)
- Personalized or custom-made products (unless defective)
- Items returned after the 30-day window
Defective or Incorrect Items
If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will arrange a free return, expedite a replacement, or issue a full refund — including any original shipping charges. For these cases, we may ask for photos or additional details to quickly resolve the issue.
