Free Standard Shipping
We offer free standard shipping on all orders placed through our website, campvibe.shop, regardless of the order total. There are no minimum purchase requirements or hidden fees. Your shipping cost is always $0.00 when you choose standard delivery.
Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 0 to 2 business days after payment is received and verified. Orders placed after our daily cut-off time or on weekends/holidays will begin processing on the next business day. Our processing team works Monday through Friday, excluding major holidays.
Daily Order Cut-Off
To ensure same-day processing, orders must be placed before 5:00 PM Eastern Standard Time (EST). Orders placed after 5:00 PM EST will be processed on the following business day. For example, an order placed at 6:00 PM EST on Monday will begin processing on Tuesday. Please plan accordingly to avoid delays.
Transit Time
Once your order is shipped, the estimated transit time is 3 to 6 business days within the contiguous United States. Delivery times may vary depending on your location and the shipping carrier used. We partner with trusted carriers to ensure timely and careful delivery.
Shipping Destinations
We currently ship to all 50 U.S. states, including Alaska and Hawaii, as well as U.S. territories. Please note that orders shipping to non-contiguous U.S. addresses may require additional transit time beyond the standard 3–6 business days. Free shipping still applies.
Shipping Address Accuracy
It is your responsibility to provide a correct and complete shipping address at checkout. CAMPVIBE is not responsible for delays or reroutes caused by incorrect addresses. Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages
Once a package is handed over to the carrier, CAMPVIBE is not responsible for lost or stolen items. We recommend providing a secure delivery address such as your home, work, or a package locker. If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage. We will assist you in filing a claim with the carrier and offer a replacement or refund.
Returns and Exchanges Related to Shipping
If you need to return an item due to a shipping error or defect, we will provide a prepaid return label. Standard returns for change of mind are subject to our Return Policy.
